About This Book
This year marks the 30th anniversary of Beopjeong's association, "Clearly and Fragrantly," which was created in 1994 by the monk Beopjeong with the practical virtue of "clearly and fragrantly making the heart, the world, and nature." To commemorate this, this book, "Find the Real Me," has written lectures given by Beopjeong from the late 1970s to the early 2000s in Busan, Chuncheon, Daegu, Changwon, Gwangju, and Cheongdo across the country. All the lectures have not been published as books, so they are all the more meaningful because they have not been published.
Although Venerable Beopjeong's "textual taste" is well known, it has not been properly evaluated. However, if the monk's lecture is recorded and released as it is, it becomes a great piece of writing. There is no shortage of lessons, humor, comfort and encouragement. Reading the book, one can hear the vivid voice of Venerable Beopjeong speaking quietly and sometimes violently.
