The normal procedure/policy for Wholesale Program for Bookstores, Schools and Libraries is as follows:

- Please send us your purchase order via email to hanbooks@gmail.com or fax to 213 381 5334, along with supportive documents proving the nature of your organization, such as seller's permit for Bookstores or letterhead for schools and libraries.

- We will send you the pro forma invoice with discount applied according to the following scheme:

  ... An order of $500 ~ $4,999 in regular price: 30% off the regular price shown on our site --- Roughly additional 15% discount off the sale price
  ... An order of $5,000 ~ $9,999 in regular price: 35% off the regular price shown on our site --- Roughly additional 20% discount off the sale price
  ... An order of $10,000 or more in regular price: 40% off the regular price shown on our site --- Roughly additional 25% discount off the sale price

  ... If your order at one time is less than $500 in regular price, the discount rate will be 15%, which is the same as the sale price available on the website. In this case, we recommend that you place your order on our website.

- We will need to secure the payment before we process your order, in either of the following 2 methods.
  ... Please send us a check or a money order (payable to OPES, Inc., Not HanBooks).
  ... Please send us the credit card info (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club only; number, expiry date, cardholder's name, billing address, 3 digit CVV2 security code). We will not charge your credit card until we ship your order.

- Once the business relationship is established between your organization and HanBooks.com, the change of payment terms may occur.

- We will send you the ship notification via email (only when you've provided the email address) after we ship your order.

- Wholesale Program cannot be combined with any other promotional programs or offers.
