The protagonist is a thirty-year-old man who can communicate with plants, which help and advise him on social evils as well as implement justice. Han Sae Eun, is the owner of a flower shop and sticks by the protagonists side. Han is able to sense the state of plants by using his eyes and mind. Park Jae-bin is a keen inspector and Noh Jung Gun is a journalist who struggles for justice.
