many interesting episodes of Dr. Irabu, a psychiatrist, and his patients
at his hospital.
Dr. Irabu is an extremely unique character. He has quite reckless
remedies such as binding his patients and giving injections regardless
of disease, but, at the same time he is unsophisticated and innocent as
a child. Because of this strange behavior and personality, he is even
left out by his alumni.
However, strange to say, the extraordinary remedies are perfectly
effective. Obsessional neuroses of his patients are completely cured
like a miracle after lots of fusses and this healing process gives
readers pleasure and enjoyment. This novel is like a remedy for the

neurosis.
